  "Previously-approved programs," Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGG) is notifying the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of the intent to apply the previously approved EGG Decommissioning Quality Assurance Program (DQAP) to Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) activities at the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 {TMl-1 ).
The DQAP, which satisfies the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, "Quality Assurance Criteria for Nuclear Power Plants and Fuel Processing Plants," 10 CFR 71 Subpart H, "Quality Assurance for Packaging and Transportation of Radioactive Material,"
and 10 CFR 72 Subpart G, "Quality Assurance for Independent Storage of Spent Nuclear Fuel and High-Level Radioactive Waste" is maintained in the EGG DQAP (NO-DC-10),
Revision 1.
In Reference 1, as supplemented by Reference 2, EGG requested NRG review and approval of the EGG DQAP, Revision O, for Oyster Creek Nuclear Station. In Reference 3, the NRG transmitted approval for the proposed EGC DQAP for Oyster Creek Nuclear Station. The DQAP was revised on September 19, 2019, Revision 1, to include TMI site specific information. The DQAP (NO-DC-10), Revision 1, was reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," and found not to reduce EGC's commitments previously approved by the NRG. Reference 4 submitted the DQAP (NO-DC-10), Revision 1, to the NRC for post implementation review.
