In Reference 3, the NRG transmitted approval for the proposed EGC DQAP for Oyster Creek Nuclear Station. The DQAP was revised on September 19, 2019, Revision 1, to include TMI site specific information. The DQAP (NO-DC-10), Revision 1, was reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," and found not to reduce EGC's commitments previously approved by the NRG. Reference 4 submitted the DQAP (NO-DC-10), Revision 1, to the NRC for post implementation review. |

In Reference 1, as supplemented by Reference 2, EGG requested NRG review and approval of the EGG DQAP, Revision O, for Oyster Creek Nuclear Station.
