The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Ccmmission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No.60 to Facility Operating Licanse No. OPR-34, to Public Service Company of Colorado, which revised th Technical Specifications for operatior, of the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Gener4 ting Station, located in Platteville, Colorado. The amendment will be effective 90 days after its date of issuance.
The amendment revised certain setpoints for the Plant Protective Systen to allow for instrumentation errors.
The application for the amendment complies with the standards and requireronts of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's rules and regulations. The Commission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter I, which are set forth in the license amendment, t
