Dear Mr. Hickman,

The University of Arizona plans to proceed with facility decommissioning per the attached schedule.

The Department of Energy removed our nuclear fuel in December 2010. In January 2011 the University of Arizona selected the LVI Environmental Services/Enercon consortium to remove and decontaminate our research reactor facility. LVI/Enercon intends to commence decommissioning activities and equipment removal on May 19, 2011, following Arizona's spring commencement.
