Dear Sir or Madam:

In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) is required to submit to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) changes to the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) Quality Assurance Program for Operation-Policy Document (QAPD) implemented without prior NRC approval. The purpose of this letter is to inform the NRC that NPPD made no changes to the CNS QAPD during the time period from March 11, 2015,

- through February 24, 2017. QAPD Revision 23 previously submitted to the NRC per the reference letter remains the current revision.

This letter contains no commitments.
