Mr. W. O. Parker, Jr., has forwarded to your office a copy of Teledyne Engineering Services Technical Report TR-3501-1 in his letter of August 14, 1979. This report contains the results of the cyclic testing which was performed at Cherokee per the requiremer.ts of the referenced IE Bulletin. In a telephone conversation between R. B. Priory of this office and W. P. Ang of your office, Duke was informed that a single submittal of this report would be sufficient for replies to this bulletin on all of Duke's nuclear stations. For this reason, Mr. Parker's sub-mittal of this report is re1erenced as Duke's final response to this bulletin for Cherokee.
