UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION III 2443 WARRENVILLE ROAD, SUITE 210 LISLE, IL 60532-4352 March 30, 2012 NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT LICENSEE MEETING THIS MEETING IS OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE Name of Licensee: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Name of Facility: Clinton Power Station Docket No: 50-461 Date and Time of Meeting: Thursday, April 19, 2012, 6:00 p.m. (CDT)

Location of Meeting: Clinton Elks Lodge 1520 E. South St (Just off IL-54)

Clinton, IL 61727 Purpose of Meeting: Provide opportunities to discuss NRC activities, nuclear power issues, and Clinton Power Station performance for the 2011 calendar year with the public. The NRCs Policy Statement, Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting.

The policy statement may be found on the NRC website, www.nrc.gov, and contains information regarding visitors and security.

Category: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
