The State of New York submits this letter in response to the Board's March 31, 2015 Order Requesting Information from All Participants. The State responds to Board question 1 and question 3. 1. The State of New York's witnesses and representatives are available during the week of November 16-20 and week of November 30-December 4.
 
If possible, the State respectfully requests that the second hearing week not commence until Tuesday, December 1 since travel at the end of the Thanksgiving period can be unpredictable and subject to delay. 3. For Contention NYS-25, NYS-26B/RK-TC-1B, and NYS-38/RK-TC5, the State anticipates having up to four representatives at its table. This letter along with a certificate of service are being submitted via the public portal of the NRC's Electronic Information Exchange (EIE).
