Those documents required to prepare the examination(s) include but are not limited to: Technical Specifications, Safety Analysis Report, emergency plan/procedures, security procedures (DO NOT SEND SECURE or PROPREITARY documents), requalification procedures, administrative/operating procedures, maintenance procedures, training manual, and any other documents your facility uses for operations and/or training.

We will need the applicants form 396 and 398 as soon as possible as well.
