Those documents required to prepare the examination(s) include but are not limited to: Technical Specifications, Safety Analysis Report, emergency plan/procedures, security procedures (DO NOT SEND SECURE or PROPREITARY documents), requalification procedures, administrative/operating procedures, maintenance procedures, training manual, and any other documents your facility uses for operations and/or training.
We will need the applicants form 396 and 398 as soon as possible as well.
Please confirm receipt and understanding of the requirements so we can file this email as the confirmation letter. Contact me if you have any questions.
