Dear Mr. Bannister:
Thank you for your letter of May 24, 2012, in which you responded to our April 10, 2012, letter
and Notice of Violation regarding deficient modification, inadequate maintenance of the safety-related 480 Vac electrical distribution system, and failure to maintain in effect all provisions of the approved fire protection program. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
