Establishment of New Intermediate Holding Company in the Ownership Chain for Central Maine Power Company In accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1) and a commitment contained in the Maine Yankee.Atomic PowerCompany's Negation Action Plan submitted on April 24, 2012 (Reference 1), Maine Yankee Atomic Power'Company (Maine Yankee) he-eby notifies the NRC that a new intermediate holding company was established in the ownership chain for Central Maine Power Company (CMP). This change was effective on November 20, 2013, and Maine Yankee learned of the change on December 3, 2013.CMP holds a non-controlling 38% ownership interest in Maine Yankee and is not a licensee under the referenced license. The previous chain of ownership of CMP was through CMP Group, Inc. and Iberdrola USA, Inc., to Iberdrola S.A. The new ownership chain for CMP is CMP Group, Inc, Iberdrola USA Networks, Inc. (a new Maine Corporation), Iberdrola USA Inc., to Iberdrola S.A.This change does not have any impact on Maine Yankee, because it does not affect CMP's ownership interest in the company, does not result in anyChanges in the Maine Yankee Board of Directors, and does not involve any trdnisfer of control '-(directly or'indirectly) of the Maine Yankee license. ...: -: " ..
