Notification of Closing Date- Indirect Transfer of Licenses The above referenced NRC Orders require that, after the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, the cognizant NRC Office Directors shall be informed of such receipt, in writing, no later than one ( 1) business d~y prior to the closing of the proposed indirect transfers.

This letter provides notification on behalf of ZionSolutions, LLC and EnergySolutions, Inc.,

including its subsidiaries that hold import license and export licenses, that all required regulatory approvals of the proposed indirect transfers have been received. The closing of the proposed transaction described in the NRC Orders approving the indirect transfers will occur on May 24, 2013.
