Removal of Reviewing Official for Security Background Investigations
Reference:
- 1. NRC Order EA-03-099, Access Authorization
- 2. ZionSolutions, LLC Letter, Daly to NRC, "Designation of Reviewing Officials for Security Background Investigations," dated March 22, 2011.
In accordance with the order referenced above, ZionSolutions, LLC, has replaced Mr. Paul Hagan (Access Authorization and Fitness For Duty Supervisor) as a Designated Reviewing Official with Mr. Gary Bouchard (Vice President, Engineering, Operations, and Nuclear Security), and Ms. Eileen Moore (Security Manager) who will continue to serve as reviewing officials.
ZionSolutions, LLC consistent with their 10 CFR 73.56 access authorization program has already approved the above individuals for unescorted access at Zion. Additionally, I am personally familiar with their character, reputation, and performance and attest to their suitability for this responsibility.
"Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) was provided in Attachment A of Reference 2.
