Reference 1 issued a U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Order to Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) that modifies the current operating license for-Wolf Creek Generating Station, Unit 1. Reference 2 submitted WCNOC's required twenty-day response to the Order. Reference 3 submitted WCNOC's request for additional time to respond to certain provisions of the Order -or -to request a hearing.
Reference 4 provided supplementary information to clarify WCNOC's twenty-day response provided by Reference 2.- Reference 5-submitted additional information in response to the Order.

This response is consistent with the guidance provided in Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) docurnent, "implementationr Guidance.for Interim Safeguards & Security Compensatory Measures for the Order, February-25, 2002," Revision 1, dated July 24, 2002.
This response is hereby submitted to the Commission in accordance with 10CFR50.4.
