dated February 17, 1987 Gentlemen:
By the Reference (1) letter I. PAL nubmitted a proposed schedule for ATWS Rule implementation which included installation of a diverse scran nyntem and turbine trip prior to completion of the accond refueling outnge.
By your Reference (2) letter you noted that regulatory delnyn would allow extennion of the ATWS nyntemn implementation to the third refueling outage.
In order to provide flexibility in otir implementation schedule particularly with respect to the completion of NRC reviewn, Lp4!, hereby revinen the inntallation schedule for the diverne nernm nyntem and turbino trip to the third '4nterford 3 refueling outngc.
