Louisiana Power & !.ight Company hereby submits neven (7) copics of Revision 1 of the Ten Year Inservice Inspection Program which is prepared in accordance w.ith the ASME Code Section XI, 1980 Edition with Addenda through Winter 1981.
Relief from the tonting requirements of Section XI in requented when full compliance with the requirements of the code is not practical.
In such canon. npecific information is provided which identifies the applicahic code requirements, justification for the relief request, and the tenting method to be used as an alternativo.
Revision I to the subject Inspection Program in being nubmitted at thin time to include enhancements which were observed during field une of the program. The changes to this revision are deneribed in the attachment to this letter, and there are change bars in the margin of the affected pages of thin revision.

Louisiana Power & Light Company hereby submits seven (7) copies of Revision 1 of the Ten Year Inservice Inspection Program which is prepared in accordance with the ASME Code Section XI, 1980 Edition with Addenda through Winter 1981. Relief from the testing requirements of Section XI is requested when full compliance with the requirements of the code is not practical.
In such cases, specific information is provided which identifies the applicable code requirements, justification for the relief request, and the testing method to be used as an alternative.
Revision 1 to the subject Inspection Program is being submitted at this time to include enhancements which were observed during field use of the program. The changes to this revision are described in the attachment to this letter, and there are change bars in the margin of the affected pages of this revision.
