Waterford 3 Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 - NRC Security Inspection Report 05000382/2012404, dated March 7, 2013, includes Green Severity Level IV NCV 05000382/2012404-02, Failure to Make a Notification.
Entergy is contesting the violation based on our position that the event was reported in accordance with current NRC regulation, guidance, and policy. The attachment describes the violation and basis for denial, and contains security related information to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10CFR 2.390.
