Dear Sir or Madam:
By letter dated February 7, 2008, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) provided the response to NRC Bulletin 2007-01, "Security Officer Attentiveness," for Waterford 3. On July 11, 2008, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued a request for additional information (RAI) related to the Bulletin. Attachment 1 of this letter provides the requested response to the RAI.
There are no new commitments contained in this letter.
Please contact Mr. Robert J. Murillo, Manager, Licensing at (504) 739-6715 if there are any questions concerning this matter.
Entergy requests that the attachment be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 because it contains security-related information.
