SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS Refueling Outage #12 was completed near the end of the month. An average reactor power level of 27.5% was achieved for the time-period.

PRESSURIZER SAFETY VALVE FAILURES AND CHALLENGES There were no pressurizer safety valve failures or challenges experienced during the month.
