RESOLVED. that effective as of December 1, 2025. Robert B. Dixon be. and hereby is. elected as a Vice President of the Company. to serve until the next annual appointment of otticers or until his successor shall be elected and qualified or his earlier resignation or removal: and further RESOLVED, that any and all actions taken by the foregoing officer prior to the date of the foregomg resolutions that are within the authority conferred thereby are hereby ratified. approved. authorized and confirmed.
