RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 UPDATED INFORMATION REGARDING FOREIGN-OWNERSHIP CONTROL OR INFLUENCE (FOCD Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1), Ameren Missouri (Union Electric Company) is providing the enclosed information concerning the extent and nature of FOCI that would affect the company's response to Form SF-328 (FOCI Certificate Pertaining to Foreign Interests).
Specifically, 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1) includes a requirement for a licensee to advise the NRC within 30 days of any significant events or changes that may affect its status concerning foreign ownership, control, or influence, including any changes in the required form that identifies owners, officers, directors, and executive personnel. Enclosure 1 reflects recent personnel changes made at the executive level and/or to board membership for Union Electric Company (d/b/a Ameren Missouri), effective as of December 3, 2025. Enclosure 2 of this letter provides an update to the list of Key Management Personnel for Union Electric Company. This list was last provided as Enclosure 3 of ULNRC-06987, dated December 9, 2025. of this letter contains sensitive information.
