Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a), 10 CFR 50.71(e), and 10 CFR Part 72 Subpart G, enclosed is OQAM Revision 38. The OQAM has been revised to incorporate changes since OQAM Revision 37 was submitted via Reference 1.
OQAM Revision 38 incorporates OQAM Revisions 37a, 37b, 37c, and 37d which include OQAM Change Notices (OQQAMCNs)23-005, 23-004,24-002, 24-003, and 25-001, respectively. Descriptions and justifications for each OQAMCN are provided in. The mark-ups for each OQAM revision are provided in Attachment 2.
Finally, OQAM Rev. 38, with all changes incorporated, is provided in Attachment 3.
The OQAM continues to maintain its focus on activities affecting quality, consistent with importance to safety, including compliance with 10 CFR 50 Appendix B requirements.
This letter does not contain new commitments.
