RENEWED FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-30 NPDES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION In accordance with Callaway Plant Operating License NPF-30, Appendix B, Section 3.2, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) hereby submits, as an attachment to this letter, a copy of a renewal application of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Missouri State Operating Permit for the Callaway Plant (MO-0098001) currently being filed with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
The Callaway Plant Operating License NPF-30, Appendix B, Section 3.2 states in part:
The licensee shall provide the NRC a copy of the application for renewal of the NPDES permit at the same time the application is submitted to the permitting agency.
No significant changes to the permit are being requested at this time. The revised permit is expected to become effective on March 1,2025.
This letter does not contain new commitments.
