ULNRC-06830 August 15, 2023 Page 2 of 4 By letter dated November 3, 2022 (Reference 1), Ameren Missouri (Union Electric) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to revise Technical Specification (IS) 5.5.16, Containment Leakage Rate Testing Program, to allow for permanent extension ofthe Type A Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) and Type C Leak Rate Test frequencies based on the guidance in NET 94-01, Tndustry Guideline for Implementing Performance-Based Option of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, (Rev. 3-A).

During its review of the LAR, the NRC staff determined that additional information was required to complete its review. The NRC transmitted a request for additional information (RAT) on April 5, 2023, and Ameren Missouris response (Reference 2) was submitted on June 5, 2023. Additionally, Ameren Missouri submitted a letter (Reference 3) to correct an editorial error identified on the Technical Specification markups and clean pages that were attached to the Reference 2 letter.

Recently, it was identified that although the TS markups and clean pages provided per the Reference 3 letter accurately reflected correction ofthe above-noted error, the marked-up and clean TS pages were not produced from the newest version of the TS pages (due to issuance and implementation of a license amendment affecting the same pages in the timeframe between when the LAR was submitted and when the Reference 3 letter was submitted.) To address this, new marked-up and clean TS pages were produced using the newest pages of record. The new marked-up and clean TS pages are hereby provided as Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter, respectively.

This letter does not contain new commitments.

Tfthere are any questions, please contact Mr. Tom Elwood, Supervisor - Regulatory Affairs and Licensing, at 314-225-1905.

I declare under penalty ofperjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

Sincerely, Todd A. Witt Manager, Regulatory Affairs Executedon:
