By letter dated November 3, 2022 (Reference 1), Ameren Missouri (Union Electric) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to revise Technical Specification 5.5.16, Containment Leakage Rate Testing Program, to allow for permanent extension ofthe Type A Integrated Leak Rate Testing (ILRT) and Type C Leak Rate Testing frequencies based on the guidance in NET 94-01 Industry Guideline for Implementing Performance-Based Option of 1 0 CFR 50, Appendix I, (Rev. 3-A).

ULNRC-06823 July 25, 2023 Page 2 of 4 During its review of the LAR, the NRC staff determined that additional information was required to complete its review. The NRC transmitted a request for additional information (RAT) on April 5, 2023, and Ameren Missouris response to the NRCs RAT (Reference 2) was submitted on June 5, 2023.

Recently, an editorial error was identified in the original LAR (Reference 1), wherein both the Proposed Technical Specification 5 .5 16 Changes (Markup) (Attachment 2 to the Enclosure for ULNRC-06765) and the Proposed Technical Specification 5.5.16 Changes (Clean Pages)

(Attachment 3 to the Enclosure for ULNRC-06765) referred to NET 94-01 Revision 2-A but without the dash between the 2 and the A. To address this error, Ameren Missouri hereby submits a corrected Technical Specification markup and corrected Technical Specification clean pages, as Attachments 1 and 2 to this letter, respectively.

This letter does not contain new commitments.
