Ameren Missouri letter ULNRC-068 1 5, Request for NRC Approval of Operating Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM) Revision 36a, dated June 1, 2023 (ADAMS Accession No. ML23156A670)

By the letter identified above, Ameren Missouri (Union Electric) transmitted a request to approve a change to the Operating Quality Assurance Program described in the Operating Quality Assurance Manual (OQAM) for the Callaway Plant. As noted in the letter, the need for the request was confirmed in a phone call with the NRC in December 2022. In that phone call, it was noted that changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) were being made in connection with the OQAM change.

From initial review of Ameren Missouris request, the NRC staff has determined that review of the FSAR changes would facilitate processing ofthe requested OQAM change. Therefore, in response to that determination, the FSAR changes are hereby provided as an attachment to this letter.

This letter does not contain new commitments.
