3) ULNRC-06106 dated March 28, 2014 By the Reference 1 letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. Reference 2 dated March 25, 2014, transmitted the thirty-first (31st) Request for Additional Information (RAI) related to our application. contains Ameren Missouri's response to the individual requests contained in the March 25, 2014letter. Enclosure 2 contains LRA Amendment 34 to reflect changes made as a result of the RAI responses and includes the following commitment updates:

LRA Table A4-1, Commitment 6 is revised as described in the response to RAI 3.0.3-2a related to inspections of open-cycle cooling water components coatings.

LRA Table A4-1, Commitment 10 is revised as described in the response to RAI 3.0.3-3a related to tests and inspections of fire protection suppression systems.

ULNRC-06117 April23, 2014 Page2 LRA Table A4-1, Commitment 12 is revised as described in the response to RAJ 3.0.3-2a related to inspections of emergency diesel fuel oil storage tank and day tank coatings.

LRA Table A4-1, Commitment 19 is shown as closed based on establishing an internal program for AMP XI.M39, Lube Oil Analysis.

LRA Table A4-1, Commitment 44 is shown as closed. Refer to information provided in Reference 3 on reactor vessel internal cold work material evaluation.

As noted above, there are five ( 5) changes to commitments contained in this transmittal. Three commitments have been revised as described in responses to RAJ Set #31 and two commitments have been closed.
