2) ULNRC-05946 dated January 10,2013 By the Reference 1 letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. Reference 2 dated January 10, 2013 transmitted a revised commitment (LRA Table A4-1, Item 39) to provide a gap analysis between the LRA and NFPA 805 post-transition changes. This analysis was to be provided prior to March 25, 2013, if the draft NFPA 805 Safety Evaluation Report (SER) was available in February 2013. The draft NFPA 805 SER is not available at this time. Pending further discussions with the NRC, Ameren Missouri will provide a formal update to Item 39 in LRA Table A4-1 in a future LRA Amendment transmittal.
