The referenced letter transmitted to NRC the 2010 Annual Radiological Environmental Operating Report (REMP) for Callaway Plant. Please find enclosed replacement pages for this report. Errors in Table 5 of the Soil, analyses for gamma-emitting isotopes, were identified during Nuclear Oversight Audit AP12-004 of the Environmental Monitoring Program: Specifically, soil analysis results for Ba-140/La-140 indicated measurable levels when they should have indicated less than the lower limit of detection (LLD) value.

Corrected pages for Table 5 are enclosed. This revised report is submitted in accordance with Section 5.6.2 of the Technical Specifications and Appendix B to the Callaway Plant Operating License.
