Reference:

ULNRC-05830 dated December 15, 2011 By the referenced letter, Union Electric Company (Ameren Missouri) submitted a license renewal application (LRA) for Callaway Plant Unit 1. This letter transmits Amendment 3 to the Callaway LRA.

The changes being made by Amendment 3 are contained in Enclosure 1. These changes include updates to Aging Management Programs (AMPs) identified during recent audits of the Callaway LRA Program.

It should be noted that changes to one commitment (Item #31) are reflected in Table A4-1 (within Enclosure 1).
