Emergency Response Data System (EROS) Data Point Library Update In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, "Emergency Planning and Preparedness for Production and Utilization Facilities,"Section VI, "Emergency Response Data System,"

Paragraph 3.a; and the guidance specified in NUREG-1394, Revision 2, "Emergency Response Data System (EROS)," Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is providing an update to the EROS Data Point Library (DPL) for Clinton Power Station (CPS)

2. CFR 50, Appendix E,Section VI, Paragraph 3.a, stipulates the following concerning the submittal of EROS DPL changes 3

Maintaining Emergency Response Data System

a. Any hare/ware and software changes that affect the transmit/eel data points iefentified in the EROS Data Point Library (site specific data base residing on the EROS computer) must be submitted to the NRC within 30 days after the changes are completecf The specific changes for the CPS EROS DPL are discussed further in the attachment to this letter There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter. If you have any questions or require additional information, please contact David Livingston at (217) 937-2800.
