Annual Occupational Radiation Exposure Report In accordance with Section 5.6.1 of the Clinton Power Station Technical Specifications, AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen) is submitting the Annual Occupational Radiation Exposure Report for the period of January 1, 2001, through December 31, 2001, for the Clinton Power Station. The attachment to this letter provides the required information.

Attachment Report of Personnel and Man Rem by Work and Job Function Page 1 of 2 This report is a tabulation on an annual basis of the number of Station, Utility and other personnel (including contractors) who received exposures greater than 100 mrem/year and their associated man-rem exposure according to work and job functions.
The work and job function grand totals for personnel greater than 100 mrem/year are different than the actual number of personnel at the bottom of the report because an individual may perform work under more than one work or job function during the year.
The total man-rem is based on estimated exposure.
A description of the Special Plant Maintenance performed in 2001 is as follows:
Radiation Work Permit 06011025 was for the Condensate Polisher (CP) modifications including installation of CP filters, "ID", "E", "F". This work included the removal and reinstallation of walls, installation and removal of shielding and scaffolds, and area decontamination activities. The work documents for this work include WO 00003759, WO 00003760, WO 00003761, WO 00003762, WO 00003763, WO 00003765.
"* Radiation Work Permit 06011040, Modify Ultrasonic Resin Cleaner (URC) vessel to accept basket strainer. The work documents for this work include F1 5305, F1 5306.
"* Radiation Work Permit 10000118, Suppression Pool Cooling (SF) Cooler Modification installation in Radwaste Building room R2-22 and Turbine Building. The work documents for this work include WO 00003511, WO 00003513.
"* Radiation Work Permit 10000376, Perform radiography of Shutdown Cooling (SX) piping modification welds by 1SX089A and 1SX097A. The work documents for this work include WO 00330374, WO 00330375.
"* Radiation Work Permit 10000538, Inclined Fuel Transfer System (IFTS) pool diving for sensor replacement modification on 828' Containment and 755' Fuel Building. The work document for this work was WO 00004701.
