In accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.44(c)(3)(vii)(B),
Illinois Power Company (IP) hereby submits the attached preliminary analysis of the adequacy of the Clinton Power Station (CPS) system for control of hydrogen.
IP believes that this analysis provides a satisfactory basis for an NRC staff determination that CPS is safe to operate at full power.
IP looks forward to meeting with appropriate NRC reviewers to discuss this analysis at your earliest convenience.
