DOCKET NOS. 50 445 AND 50 446 TRANSMITTAL 0F THE CPSES PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION 25 Gentlemen:
i In accordance with 10CFR50.4, enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES Physical Security Plan Revision 25 (copy numbers: 13, 14. 15 and 16).
Included with each plan is a " Summary of Changes" which lists the changes incorporated in Rev1sion 25.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p) determined that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program. The enclosure -
to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined ir,10CFR73.21:
consequently, the enclosure should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
