' Gentlemen:
In the referenced correspondence under Programmed Enhancements, Recommendation (6), TV Electric stated that outage planning procedures will require a review of planned activities prior to entering a reduced inventory condition to determine if they could perturb the RCS or reduce the reliability of DHR systems, support systems, associated monitoring instrumentation, or. designated recovery equipment.
TO Electric currently. plans to have outage planning procedures ' provide administrative directioni for scope, schedule and.. organization during an outage. Therefore, these requirements are not being incorporated into outage-l planning procedures, but are currently addressed in other operationally oriented procedures that specifically require this review to be' completed I
prior to entering a. reduced inventory condition.
