Gentlemen:
l On June 11,'1986, we verbally notified your Mr. C. Hale of a deficiency involving a design thange to vendor supplied equipment being made without formal evaluation by the vendor, which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). On October 21, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. I. Barnes of a deficiency involving the configuration and dimensions of Gould Battery Racks deviating from drawing requirements. Our most recent interim reports were logged TXX-6704 dated August 31, 1987 and TXX-6822 dated October 2, 1987.
We anticipate submitting our next report for the subject SDAR's by December 18, 1987.
