TV Electric Letter TXX-6468 from W. G. Counsil to NRC dated June 15, 1987 Gentlemen:
The referenced letter provided our response to NOV Item A (445/8622-V-02; 446/8620-V-03). In that response we stated that nonconformance documents NCR-M-28324 and CDR's 87-4161, 87-4162 and 87-5655 would be dispositioned by September 18, 1987. We have since determined that additional information is needed from the valve supplier (Crosby) to complete the dispositioning of some of these documents. Accordingly, our date for dispositioning these nonconformance documents is hereby revised to December 18, 1987.
Additionally, completion of ISAP VII.a.9 is not expected before mid October 1987. Therefore, the date of our response delineating any required additional corrective action that may result from ISAP VII.a.9 is hereby revised to November 20, 1987.
