- 1) TV Electric Letter TXX-6472 from W. G. Counsil to NRC dated June 5, 1987 Gentlemen:
Reference (1) provided our response to Notice of Violation Item C.2 (446/8622-V-07).
In that response we stated that any required changes to Stone and Webster or Impell FVMs, applicable training, and conversion of documents would be completed by August 15, 1987.
These actions'were completed as scheduled except for conversion of discrepancy forms generated per Stone and Webster Procedure PP-051, " Equipment Qualification Walkdown." Although not classified as an FVM, procedure PP-051 performed a similar function.
The discrepancy forms which were generated per PP-051 have been turned over to Impell for evaluation and resolution. Where required, the discrepancies will be converted to NCRs or Deficiency Reports.
The evaluation and conversion by Impell of discrepancy forms generated per PP-051 will be completed no later than November 30, 1987.
