The referenced letter provided CPSES with a copy of the current Westinghouse Standard Technical Specifications (STS).
This document will be considered by j
TV Electric in the development of plant specific technical specifications for 1
CPSES Unit 1.
The referenced letter also requested a TV Electric proposed

schedule for technical specification development.. Accordingly, the initial 4
mark-up of the current Westinghouse STS is scheduled to be submitted to the NRC on October 30, 1987.
Completion of the technical specification review (issuance of Appendix A to the CPSES Operating License) is anticipated.on June 30, 1988.
