Gentlemen:
In pursuing the corrective steps as delineated in our response (Reference 1) i to NOV 446/8612-V-03 (Item C), we have determined that additional steps are l
needed to fully correct the condition described in the violation.
We are currently formulating a revised plan to update the actions required to l
correct the described violation. A site initiated Corrective Action Request I
(CAR 87-26) has been issued to document and control our actions related to further investigation of the NEMA Type 12 electrical enclosures. We anticipate submitting a revised response to violation 446/8612-V-03 by May 22, i
