On October 10, 1986, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-6017 of a l
deficiency involving the procurement and use of non-qualified Agastat relays in several Class IE applications which we deemed reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). This is an interim report submitted to status corrective action implemented to date. Our most recent interim report was logged TXX-6227, dated January 26, 1987.
l The identification of non-qualified relays by document review and inspection is continuing. Additional corrective action steps (e.g., replacement) will be established upon completion of these reviews and inspections. These activities are scheduled for completion by April 25, 1987.
We expect to submit our next report on this issue by May 29, 1987.
