CP-86-60 (INTERIM REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On September 4,1986 we verbally notified your Mr. I. Barnes of a deficiency involving gaps between the polar crane girder and the girder support brackets.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our latest interim report was logged TXX-6181 dated December 18, 1986.
Preliminary review results have not indicated a reportable condition.
However, a review of the associated calculations is not complete. Our next report on this issue will be submitted no later than May 6,1987.
