Dear Mr. Johnson:
In a phone conversation with your Mr. I. Barnes on December 31,1986, we advised Region IV that the date for completion of the corrective action regarding Notice of Violation 446/8509-V-02 was being revised. Specifically, Procedure STA-606, " Work Orders / Work Requests", will be issued no later than February 28, 1987, rather than December 31, 1986, with its supporting Procedures STA-630, " Station Priorities", and EDA-213, " Engineering Review of Work Orders."
