DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 ORIGINAL DESIGN OF CONTROL ROOM CEILING SDAR: CP-86-54 (INTERIM REPORT)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On October 3,1986, we notified you of a reportable item involving the design and installation of the control room ceiling (see TXX-6007). We have submitted a follow-up interim report logged TXX-6091, dated November 14, 1986.
This is a follow-up interim report on a reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) and is provided to status the implementation of corrective actions.
Quality control verification of construction activities concerning the control room ceiling will be complete upon closure of outstanding inspection findings.
These activities are tentatively scheduled for completion by January 30, 1987.
Our next status report on this issue will be submitted no later than February 20, 1987.
