Dear Mr. Westerman:
In your letter of May 30, 1986, your requested review and resolution of five (5) allegations.
Four of these allegations have been satisfactorily resolved.
The documentation is available for inspection.
The remaining allegation regarding trash in the containment wall could not be resolved expeditiously; therefore a nonconformance report (NCR-C-86-103255) was generated for tracking purposes. A follow up submittal will be provided by December 31, 1986.
