On June 2,1986, we verbally notified you of a reportable item involving the motor operators for several valves in the main steam system (see TXX-4840).
This is a follow-up interim report on a reportable item under the provision of 10CFR50.55(e).
We anticipate completing our evaluation of the corrective action and submitting our next report by September 12, 1986.
