CP-86-10 (INTERIM REPORT)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
We have submitted an interim report TXX-4774, dated April 24, 1986, which stated that the electrical penetration assemblies (EPA's) supplied by Bunker Ramo were a deficiency reportable under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). The EPA modules supplied by Bunker Ramo will be replaced by units supplied by Conax.
A project Task Team is investigating the circumstances resulting in the EPA deficiencies and is scheduled to be completed by July 1,1986. The conclusions of the Task Team and the specific construction schedule will be provided in the next report to be submitted no later than July 22, 1986.
