Provides clarification to siting requirements for the meteorological monitoring towers in R. G. 1.23.
Clarifies commitment to R. G. 1.29.
Clarifies commitments to Reg. Guides 1.52 and 1.140.
Clarifies commitment to R. G. 1.80 by incorporating changes required by Q423.12 and Q423.26 and testing program approved in the SER.
3.1 Clarification of classification of seismic structure.
