CP-86-12 (INTERIM REPORT)
Dear Mr. Johnson:
On February 27, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr. T. F. Westerman of a deficiency involving attachments at, or in close nroximity to, design gaps between secondary walls and adjacent walls / floors.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). We have submitted an interim report logged TXX-4750, dated March 31, 1986.
Gibbs & Hill is currently conducting an assessment of all secondary wall gaps to determine the relative displacements between the secondarf walls and the above floor slabs. We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by June 20, 1986.
Very truly yours, M
