Dear Mr. Noonan:
In the CPSES Safety Evaluation Report Supplement No. 12, the NRC staff evaluated the CPSES Unit 1 IST program for compliance with applicable codes and regulations, including the acceptability of specific requests for relief.
TUGC0 has reviewed the staff's evaluation and has revised the CPSES IST program accordingly (Revision 1) which is provided as enclosure 1.
Where appropriate, additional requests for relief are provided. is a point-by-point response to the staff's evaluation, and provides the basis for the changes included in Revision 1 to the CPSES IST program. provides the current revisions of drawings referenced in the IST Program Plan.
